Judy Caine has been a financial advisor for more than 25 years and knows a lot about helping women. She once knew a woman who was a “stay at home” mom. “Nancy” volunteered in the community and was an unofficial “First Lady” of her husband’s business. One day after 43 years of marriage, the husband left and they were soon divorced. Nancy had no formal education, no job skills, no credit rating, and certainly did not know anything about investing.
Remarkably, this woman prevailed. She bought long term care insurance when the industry was in its infancy. She learned about investing. She always lived within her means; her settlement and spousal support lasted until she passed away. This woman is Judy’s late mother. “If my mother can learn about managing her money, investing, and setting life goals with no formal education, anyone can,” says Judy. “She once called to tell me her dividend went down by 10 cents that month. I was in business for three before she let me manage her assets!”
Judy’s special passion is helping women going through a transition, whether a job transition, marriage transition or any other life transition. However, she helps everyone who wants to plan for their future. “I love what I do. It’s my mission to help people set and meet their financial goals. I’ll continue to do so until I can’t anymore.” Judy also gives back to her community. She belongs to the Solon Chamber of Commerce, Twinsburg Chamber of Commerce, WIN (Women in Networking), and the Rotary Club of Solon. She is also a Cub Scout leader and active at St. Dominic’s Church in Shaker Heights.
