What is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness is the practice of being fully aware of what’s happening, moment by moment. It’s noticing your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surroundings gently and non-judgmentally. Studies have shown that the more mind- fulness someone practices in their day-to-day life, the greater the benefits!
