One of the highlights of our year was spending a day volunteering at Camp Cheerful in Strongsville, where our team worked on various projects, including drywall repairs, paint- ing, and fixing fences. It wasn’t just about improving the facility—it was about building connections within our team and with the community. The experience was a powerful reminder of how much we can accomplish when we lend a hand and work together toward a common goal.
We also partnered with Feeding Medina County to pack food for over 1,100 families in need. The day was filled with hard work, but the joy of giving back made it incredibly rewarding. Bonding with our team while serving others reinforced the power of community, and we are excited to return in January to continue supporting this cause.
