JULIE WHEELER holds a degree in law and as a Senior Certified Professional with SHRM brings to the table over two decades of experience, and an unwavering passion to support and serve the small business community. Her skills and experience are no match for her determination to shift the industry perspective from “HR always says no” to “what if HR said yes.”
Julie’s work with local leaders is in full swing, as the key guide to helping small business leaders in NEO and beyond navigate the road to growth by way of HR compliance and strategy. Julie never hesitates to be on site or virtually supporting clients by providing them peace of mind that they have partner in their corner cheering them on to success. Clients rave about how Julie’s ability to take educate them on HR best practices so they can make informed decisions on the most effective business practices for their company. As Julie continues to serve as the primary point of contact for Clarity HR, Chrissy realized what the Clarity HR world needed next was someone with experience in engagement and a passion for education, that’s when Chrissy called Megan.
MEGAN VOGIAS joined the Clarity HR team early in 2021 as the Engagement Architect and Manager of Development. With an unwavering passion for exceptional service and a Master’s in Education, her background includes nearly two decades of work with communication, business development, and education. Her commitment to grow communities by growing leaders and engaging individuals aligned with both Julie and Chrissy’s values for doing good and being good in our communities. She brings an unwavering positive energy to the conversation, is consistently committed to exceeding expectations, focusing on solutions, and never leaving a stone unturned on discovering how she can help.
