Kelli Wagner, Content Creator & Partner

Kelli Wagner is the co-founder of the Northeast Ohio Women’s Journals and publisher of The Medina County Women’s Journal, associate publisher of The Cleveland Women’s Journal and is the owner of LJ Publishing, LLC. Since inception, Kelli has been responsible for the creative design of The Women’s Journal magazines. Kelli also manages the operations of marketing and creative creator consultants. She is a graduate from the College of Business at University of Akron. Kelli was instrumental in bringing the ATHENA Leadership Award program to Medina County and in creating the Women of Our Community Award to honor female leaders for their hard work and dedication to the community. As a Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce member, Kelli initiated the formation of a women’s networking and business development program for three Chambers in Medina County. She also facilitated the launch and holds leadership positions on the committee for the EmpowHER Women’s Business Conference. Kelli graduated from Leadership Medina County Class of 2014 and served on the board of Medina County Women’s Endowment Fund and currently serves as a board member of The Greater Medina Chamber of Commerce.

Kelli currently resides in Medina County with her husband, 11-year-old son, and 7-year-old daughter and their dog Diesel. In her spare time, she enjoys family time riding bicycles, gardening, camping and ATV riding.

Tara Haley has been part of The Women’s Journal Team since 2009. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree from Bowling Green State University with a major in communications and a minor in marketing. She has 22 years of experience in marketing and sales in the pharmaceutical industry, radio, TV, and print with a proven track record to help small to mid-size businesses grow. Tara’s role as an Associate Publisher is new business development, community outreach, and public relations. She enjoys speaking to groups and organizations and sharing/educating about marketing. In 2013, she was named co-director of the Medina County Women of Our Community and Athena Award Program, recognizing women doing amazing work mentoring other women both personally and professionally. She is also a founding member of Working Women Connection, Women Enriching Business Council, and is the scholarship chair for The Wayne Women’s Network. She is a 2019 graduate of Leadership Medina County and serves on the marketing committee. Tara is a member of FEM City Akron and The Wooster Referral Group. She enjoys volunteering at her children’s school and outdoor activities with family and friends.

Tara and her husband Brad have been married for 19 years and live in Wayne County. They have two children, Taylor age 15 and Jacob, age 11.
